Chef Allison Gill
Chef Allison is a huge fan of instilling confidence in young people. Her passion for educating the youth and creating delicious treats blend together in this new series of courses designed for the beginner cook all the way to advanced chef. Chef Allison is a fully certified teacher and has over a decade of experience teaching kids. She has degrees from Northwestern State University and The Louisiana Culinary Institute and is a born and bred CenLa kid. Allison and her husband raise their two boys and a myriad of pets,

Her story began with a simple idea: to create a space where kids can unleash their creativity in the kitchen. From baking to grilling, she believes in fostering the joy of cooking. She has over a decade of experience in education and is dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging environment for every aspiring young chef.
Believing that cooking is a valuable life skill, Chef Allison uses her extensive classroom experience to engage participants in a fun and interactive atmosphere while expanding their knowledge of excellence in food.
